• Laminated Shipment: Receive a professionally printed and laminated version, ready to use!

Q2: How do I order a Laminated Shipment?

A2: Ordering a laminated version is simple, but requires two items in your cart at checkout:

1. The Original Printable Listing: Select the printable you love.
2. The Laminated Shipment Fee: This is a separate listing. You can find the direct link to it in the description of each printable.

Important: Ensure both the printable file and the lamination fee are in your cart before proceeding to checkout.

Q3: What exactly do I receive with a Digital Download?

A3: With a digital download, you will not receive any physical product. Instead, you’ll get:

• One high-resolution PDF file ready for printing.
• Instant access: Upon successful payment, your download will be available immediately on the order confirmation page.
• Convenient access: You can also log into your Snazzy Printables account at any time to view and download your purchase.
• Email confirmation: A link to your order will also be sent to your email address.

Q4: What can I expect with a Laminated Shipment?

A4: For a tangible, ready-to-use product, your Laminated Shipment includes:

• An 8 1/2 x 11 inch laminated printable printed on premium glossy photo paper.
• A dry-erase marker (if applicable to your chosen printable).
• Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your laminated order.
• Shipping: Your order will be shipped via First Class Mail. An expedited USPS Priority Mail option is also available at checkout.
• Please Note: Snazzy Printables is not liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or events beyond our control.

Q5: Can I personalize my printable?

A5: Absolutely! We offer personalization services to make your printable truly unique. For a small fee, we can update:

• Printable titles
• Column headers
• Any specific text elements you wish to change.

How to order personalization:

1. Find the customization fee link, which is located in the description of the printable you wish to personalize.
2. Add both the printable listing AND the customization fee listing to your cart.
3. On the customization fee listing, use the dedicated “Personalization Section” to clearly articulate your desired changes. For example, you can request to change “Pet Medication Chart” to “Cocoa’s Medication Chart.”
4. What you’ll receive: Your custom PDF will be carefully crafted and sent directly to your email as a separate file within 1-3 business days. No physical items will be shipped for personalized digital orders.

Q6: What is your return and refund policy?

A6: Due to the nature of both digital products (which are instantly accessible) and the customized, made-to-order laminated items, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
